Trapping offers a short term solution to the overall problem.  If we set traps, there is no guarantee that all rats or squirrel will be caught.  Since most rodents are prolific breeders, setting traps in conjunction with sealing is the best approach to the situation.  Exposed areas need to be sealed to avoid further damage from occurring.  Any hole larger than 1/2" in diameter for rats, and 1/4" in diameter for mice needs to be sealed to prevent entry.  It is a detailed endeavor, and best left to a trained professional. 

Yes, we remove hundreds of dead rodents each year from Atlanta area homes.  Please call us if you have an awful smell coming from your wall or attic.  We can remove the dead animal in a timely manner and disinfect the area so that you enjoy your home again. 

Rats are nocturnal, (active at night). So if you are hearing chewing and scurrying in the attic or walls, at night, chances are you may have a rat problem. Noises at night may also indicate flying squirrels, raccoons, or opossums.  If a severe rat infestation occurs, you may hear activity during the day, or possibly see a live rat wandering around for food. in the day.

These devices may work short term, however it has been our experience that most animals will continue to live with these being operated 24/7.  Many jobs that we go out on have these units blaring and we still see squirrels in attics nesting nearby.

Yes, our warranty period is from 1 year to 5 year warranty, depending on the condition of your home.  Most homes we complete exclusions on are covered by our 3 yea renewable  warranty.

We will come out and re-inspect your home.  If we find out that our materials have failed, we will remove any rodents that have gained entry by conducting a new trapping program and re-seal at no additional cost to you. If materials were damaged as a result of an act of God, or disturbed by contractors or other workers, the warranty is void.  Please call us before completing any roof work to avoid any future problems.
